Hi backer Frens! ⍝૮₍ ˵◕ ɷ ◕˵ ₎ა

After the end of the Holidays, lots of ready packages have been dispatched during early January! °˖✧◝ʕ ´ ▽ ` ʔ◜✧˖°

And we're now unfortunately having another little stop... cause we're moving! After months of searching, we have finally managed to find our new place to work and have just received the keys! Having always worked from home until now, we didn't have anything ready, like furniture or accessories to bring to the new studio. So now we're getting busy decorating and organizing our new studio! It all happened so intensely and quickly, that we haven't had time to update you or reply to your messages in the meantime, but we are doing our best to be fully operative again as soon as possible! It's taking longer than expected... we're only two doing this (with no help from anyone, cause unfortunately there's no familiar or friend that can help us). We're personally getting and assembling all the new furniture (we went to Ikea already many times so far... cause our car is small 😆 and we still have to come back to get more shelves and stuff). You can see this week initial situation in the photo below, it's currently a little advanced than in this pic but still in progress~

We deeply apologize once again for the tremendous delays we are having on all fronts, but we do believe that this big change will surely help us to be a lot faster in the future with everything finally properly organized! ૮₍ ˵◕ ヮ ◕˵ ₎ა  ̖́- We'll answer to every message, comment or e-mail as soon as we can ૮ ˵◕´ﻌ`◕˵ ა♡   

Thank you so so much for all your awesome support and patience! We can't wait to complete all the backlogs and please be ready, cause something very special is hopping soon, too! ᕱ⑅ᕱ

Until the next update, where we'll finally able to only say that the fulfillment is totally complete and the new studio is finished!

Shipments progress update ̖́-

Hi backer Frens!  ⍝ʕ๑ •́  ꒳ •̀ ๑ʔ✿

Popping in to update you on the status of the fulfilment for this project. We're about 60% of completion so far, between rewards packed and dispatched! ૮₍⍝ ˵^ ヮ ^˵ ⍝₎ა ✧˖°

Since it's now December though, which is basically the worst period of the year for shipments, we thought to temporarly stop dispatchments and resume them next month with the new year. Cause we really want to avoid lost packages, huge delays or any other inconveniences as much as possible! At the moment, it's better that packages are here safe and sound with us, than wandering wherever around the world with all those risks ૮₍ ˵● ɷ ●˵ ₎ა

Naturally, we'll not sit back and we'll keep packing your rewards the same during this time, to get a little jump on things! We'll also create the shipping labels (but we'll not request the pick-up of the packages), so we can apply them on packages right away and get them fully ready to go as soon as we resume dispatching in January! You'll in fact receive the confirmation e-mail concurrently to the creation of the shipping label,  but please note that of course tracking won't start updating until the courier will come picking up packages in January. (If you notice you didn't receive any e-mail instead, please check your spam folder. If it's not there either, please don't worry! It's just that your package hasn't been prepared yet)

Fulfilment news ̖́-

Hey Backers Frens! ⍝૮₍˵ ● ɷ ● ˵ ₎ა❀°。Hope you're all doing good~

Today we bring good news  ૮₍ ˵• ヮ •˵ ₎ა  ̖́-  After several slowdowns with COVID restrictions (which are getting serious again in some areas) and due to some Customs clearance issues, we have finally received the 'missing' 600 Sugar Lump mini pins and Love you so mooch pins that we needed to complete the fulfilment of all the packages!  ε-ʕ„´ ヮ ｀„ʔ

Now to the quality checking and grading! ʕ๑•̀  ᵕ  •́๑ʔو ̑̑ 

ᴇᴍᴀɪʟ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴛʀᴀᴄᴋɪɴɢ ɴᴏᴛ ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛɪɴɢ 

In the meantime, during the waiting for these pins to arrive, we already packed some other pledge rewards which didn't include them! ૮₍ ˵● ɷ ●˵ ₎ა  For those who have received an e-mail of their package being on the way with the tracking number not updating so far, it's just because we created the shipping label and we're now simply waiting to send them all together at once to our fulfilment center in Netherlands, which will sort them and ship them all out when they receive them. Don't worry, the tracking number will start updating as soon as the packages reach the fulfilment center, most likely within the next week ʕ๑ ^  ꒳  ^๑ʔ

We're extremely sorry and disappointed by ourselves for not being faster as we should ʕ๑ •́ ᆺ •̀ ๑ʔ°

We have been looking for a bigger warehouse for months now (without success) cause our work-space has become really too small. We don't have enough room for organizing the products on more shelves and we're basically forced to dig through the boxes to find the item we need to pack very often. Our workflow is extremely impacted by this: we're naturally slower than we could and things are not organized efficiently. We didn't have luck finding a new place so far, cause where we live is really difficult due to the high renting prices (compared to the actual space). But maybe we managed to find one that suits our needs now, and we're just waiting for the confirmation *fingers crossed*  ʕ˵ ◕´ ꒳ `◕ ˵ ʔ

We'll also try our best to answer to any eventual comment, message or e-mail we didn't reply yet ♡
